Flex 3 custom components:

• DateChooser – except the default DateChooser component, here there are also two ComboBoxes for both months and years helping to jump quickly from month to month avoiding the anoying clicks on next and previous buttons.
• Preloader – besides it’s custom designed, here is the solution of centering the preloader before the Application is created.
